If there are any items that cannot be taken (e.g. certain hazardous materials requiring specialist disposal), we’ll discuss them with you before the clearance begins.

Not necessarily. Many clients cannot stay on site — and that’s absolutely fine. We’re happy to collect keys, carry out the clearance, and inform you once it’s done. If you prefer, you can organise via a solicitor or estate agent. This is often the case in probate or rental clearances.

If you prefer to be present — for example, to decide which items are kept or to check rooms — that’s also totally acceptable. We’ll work around what suits you best.
